Perez’s Jerky is a family-owned jerky business born in New Mexico, deeply rooted in tradition, community, and bold Southwestern flavor. What started as homemade jerky shared with friends and family quickly became a local favorite—because around here, good food speaks for itself.
Inspired by New Mexico’s rich culture and love for chile, every batch of our New Mexico beef jerky is made in small quantities using quality beef and ingredients sourced right here in New Mexico, Made with 100% Corazón. From classic Salt & Pepper to local favorites like Green Chile, Red Chile, and bold blends like Witches Brew and Tequila Lime, our flavors reflect the spirit of the Land of Enchantment.
